Song & e-Book Submissions:

First of all be sure that your songs are in mp3 format and we like them to be at 320 bit rate. If they are not at that rate we will

convert them but it is so much easier for our staff if you do them before submitting to us. The songs should be named as follows

to accommodate our reviewers.

Here is an example of how a song should be named: Ann Pascoe - Scared - John Mills.mp3

As you can see from the example the artist or demo singers name - song name or title - Songwriters Name.Mp3 in that order please.

Once you have named the songs correctly you may proceed to a site we have setup for you to upload your songs so that we can receive

them from you. Follow the link given below to upload your songs. If for some reason you are unable to use this link in your browser you

may email your songs to us at the address given above. However if you are sending more than one song, such as an album it is best to

put them all into a zip file and send to us at our email address via: yousendit, pando, dropbox or one of the other sites that allow multiple

file transmissions each of which have a free signup account.

Once you have an account with one of them send your file to us at: submissions@thebigsugarmusicgroup

Please include a brief bio and a photo for our records.

If you are submitting an e-Book you may send it to us at our affiliate publishing company CMG Publishing.
