Jerry is no stranger to the recording studio. He cut his first record at age 14 in a small studio in New York City. It was a great little 8 track real to real that brought the music to life. Everyone in one room instruments playing through microphones and the singer in a walled cubical with a boomer mike to sing through. Those were the days back when vinyl was king. Yes 45’s and LP’s were the rage. Jukeboxes in the corners of restraints, diners, nightclubs, truck stops and a host of other establishments spun the great tunes of what now was yesterday.

He produced his first session in Nashville in the eighties with far more sophisticated equipment. Today the recording industry is far more advanced with the invention of the new digital technology. Multi Media is making a steady climb into most of the areas of our lives.

Jerry is still producing sessions, still recording great songs and still signing new artist to the his Record Label. He is far from retiring and his plans for The Big Sugar Music Group are huge. He says “one day we will be a major player in the independent music and film industries, you just wait and see!”
